How much is postage?
Free Normal postage in Singapore. Registered mail is additional $2.24. Please note that our responsibility ends when item is mailed out as we cannot be responsible for lost/damages mail. Thus registered mail is encouraged.

When will you send my orders?
Normally we will send your orders out the next day after receiving your payment by midnight 12am. Some items will be sent out on the 2nd or 3rd day after receiving your payment. However some items are back order or imported from oversea will take up to 2 weeks. We will inform you once we sent out your orders.

I have already made payment but the item i order is no longer available?
We try to keep the information on this website as updated as possible. However, we do not keep stock of all items to minimize our cost. Mostly we will inform you "out of stock" before you had made a payment but just in case you have already made payment. We will make a full refund to you include postage paid. So please shop with confidence. ^.^

What if the item you received is Damaged or Defective?
All Belle Delight items are Brand NEW well pack and have been Q.C before mailing out.

What is your warranty policy?
Some product has warranty like Hexagon Active Filter, Beauty equipment. Cosmetic and Beauty product will stated their D.O.M and expire date.

Can we Meet somewhere to buy?
Yes, we do. Spent $20 above meet at north area eg: amk, yishun, toa payoh. Other place like city area can be arrange for both side convenient. ^_^

International Shipping
The shipping costs for all international orders will be determined after the orders are placed completely. Please allow 1-2 business days for us to contact you to receive your shipping costs. We ship all international orders via Singapore Post Office.

Yes, we do! We use good notch wrapping materials to pack your purchase and it’s FREE! For adding flower and basket will be charged, do email us for more information. A full payment must be made before deliver thank you! Please read our T&C regarding delivering charge.
